6. Snappoll.com is supported by advertising. It is our sole discretion as to how many advertisements appear on your polls, and the form of these advertisements.

7. You agree not to try to remove any of our advertising. Doing so will get your poll deleted.

8. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Any polls you create through our service shall not contain or promote the following:

* Racism
* Hatred
* Harassment
* Adult content
* Obscene material
* Nudity or pornography
* Material that infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party
* Material the posting of which is tortious or violates a contractual or fiduciary obligation you or we owe to another party
* Piracy, hacking, viruses, worms, or warez
* Any illegal content
* Any link to or any image from a site containing any material outlined in these restrictions
* Any material deemed offensive or inappropriate by Snappoll.comt, in our sole discretion.

In addition, you may not use our services if your website contains any content outlined in this section.

9. It is illegal to attempt to compromise the security of Snappoll.com by any means, including, but not limited to:

- attempting to gain access to restricted information;
- attempting to disable, cripple or modify any service of Snappoll.com;

10. You realize that it is possible that Snappoll.com can shut down its service without any notification.

11. Snappoll.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

12. Polls that are inactive for a period of 30 days are subject to removal.
